My life has been a series of almost’s and maybe’s, full of what if’s and disappointments. I’m so tired of trying so hard and ending up with nothing, I just wish that one day I’ll be able to say that I tried and succeeded instead of failing miserably just once I wish the universe conspired with me rather than against me
And it doesn’t help that everyone else is moving forward and I’m in the same place I’ve always been. I’m happy for them don’t get me wrong but it just sucks seeing all of them growing and changing when I’m so frustratingly stagnant it’s a classic case of damned if I do and damned if I don’t
